- Whether the security system is using a remote control to make you easier to arm and disarm the system. If not, ask if the system can use any remote control and at what cost. And also you are better to know what the features come with the remote control. Whether it has a panic button that summon the police or fire department in an emergency.
- Ask the monitoring company about minimum contract length is being offered. How much the cost is and if there is any discount. And maybe you want to know the cost if you renew the contract for next period.
- What kind of warranty the system come with. If it is a lifetime one or at a limited time.
